Planning support needed varies greatly for corporate events, so we fully customize a package to fit your needs. Below are standard services provided and we look forward to speaking with you about what you have envisioned for your Networking Reception, Weekend Conference, Holiday Party, Staff Appreciation Event, etc.

Our Preferred Vendor List is provided (I'd like to create a list for Corporate)
Customized Planning Checklist is provided
Provide venue recommendations via email if needed
Research and inquire with vendors for pricing and availability

Consistent meetings including a venue walkthrough
Review all venue and hired vendor contracts
Create event diagram and schedule of events
Coordinate rental needs
Check-in with all vendors one week prior to event
Day of team of Lead Planner and Assistants

Management of all vendors

Set-up of client provided items day-of
Verify event space(s) set correctly
Ensure schedule is executed as planned
We are contracted through the conclusion of your event and will oversee vendor load-out and check out with venue representative.

Communication with Lead Planning begins once contracted

Client contacts all venue(s) and vendors and collects all proposals

Up to three meetings including a final venue walkthrough

Review all venue and hired vendor contracts

Create overall event diagram

Coordinate rental needs

Check-in with all vendors one week prior to event

Day of Coordination of all vendors

Set-up of personal décor items day-of

Verify event space is set correctly 

Ensure schedule is executed as planned

We are contracted through the conclusion of your event and will ensure all personal décor is packed and delivered to its assigned location on property, oversee vendor load-out, and check out with venue representative.
