Month-to-month Planning Checklist

Welcome Call to review Initial Planning Documents once contracted

Review all venue and hired vendor contracts 

Review final details with all vendors one week prior to event

Coordination of Ceremony Rehearsal

Lead Coordinator and at least one assistant for the day of your event

Ensure personal flowers are provided to the appropriate wedding party and family members

Day of Coordination of all vendors

Set-up of personal décor items (card box, guest book, seating chart, guest favors, cake topper, etc.)

Emergency Kit available at all times 

Arrange and set all escort cards or place cards and seating chart

Verify floorplan for placement of tables and correct quantity of chairs

Greet guests upon arrival to Ceremony Location

Organize those involved in the Ceremony and cue Ceremony music

Assist your witness(es) while they sign your marriage certificate

Transfer personal decor items from Ceremony site to Reception site

Assist in escorting guests to event spaces

For the Couple that might not need us every step of the way, but really wants planning support and design guidance throughout the majority of the planning process. To get you started, we provide you with a  customized month-to-month planning checklist as well as other customized planning tools. We start working with you 6 months prior so you are fully supported for the remaining time leading up to your wedding.

Best for the Couple who have a hotel venue, are highly organized, self-starters, and have a complete handle on the planning process. During the last 4 weeks, we come in to help tie up any loose ends and execute your vision day of. 

12 month Planning Checklist is provided

One meeting to take place 2 weeks prior to event

Because you've already planned a whole wedding and you need some help ensuring this event is well-planned and relaxing.

An intimate rehearsal dinner with your wedding party and immediate family, or a larger welcome party to include your out-of-town guests and/or extended family! Bonus: everyone has a chance to meet each other before your wedding day.
The perfect add-on for our Couples who want to bring cohesive, personal, and impactful design elements to their wedding day, but might not need to utilize all the services in the Full Planning Package.

Communication with Lead Coordinator begins once contracted. Once digital inspiration board, specific vendor and/or rental item recommendations and proposals are delivered, the design package service is complete. Communication will resume once in contracted time for booked package.

Consultation Time
• Starting at $75 •
$75/hour, minimum of 1 hour
This is the resource you're looking for if you aren't sure where or how to begin, want help in reviewing your timeline ideas, design direction, or just simply need some sanity checks along the way. Chat with Co-Owner Stephanie and leverage our knowledge and experience to save yourself hours of research and receive customized vendor recommendations. Consultation Time is booked in one hour blocks and can be done as often as necessary.

Schedule a time slot on Stephanie's calendar to get all your questions answered; time will be scheduled in 1 hour blocks
